UI – Part 113 – Mollifying Muslims

 UI – Part 113 – Mollifying Muslims

How far should we go to ‘mollify’ Muslims.  We may have already exceeded what a normal person would consider fair.

If not their Religion then What?

From Islamist Watch dtd 6/7/2011, “Consider a May 14 release announcing the indictment of six people in Florida and Pakistan for allegedly providing financial and other assistance to the Pakistani Taliban. After identifying two Floridians as imams, the text oddly notes that the “defendants are charged based on their provision of material support to terrorism, not on their religious beliefs or teachings.” Who besides Islamists and those who swallow their victimhood narrative would assume otherwise?”  (http://www.islamist-watch.org/blog/2011/06/the-justice-department-pc-heavy-press-releases)

 Christian Uncertainty

David J. Rusin noted on May 27, 2011, Islamist Watch,There is nothing wrong with outreach to Muslims. However, when pursued in ways that come off as highly deferential and spiritually confused, it can embolden Islamists by suggesting that Christians are uncertain and weak. Encouraging tolerance of Muslims is laudable, but the unreciprocated trend of Christians effectively promoting Islam is troubling.” (http://www.islamist-watch.org/blog/2011/05/have-christians-gone-overboard-in-outreach-to)

David Rusin noted instances where Christians (non-Muslims) acted with empathy,  1.) Korans were distributed to members of a church to compensate for the so-called ‘fringe’ element represented by a Koran burning.  2.) Churches allowed Muslims to use their facility for prayer while a mosque was being built nearby, 3.) Conducting interfaith services with a ‘call to prayer’ at the onset, even communion conducted, 4.) A ½ church, ½ mosque with a connecting corridor, 5.) Calling God, ‘Allah’, for a year, and 6.) Joining the Ramadan fast.

Sex-Slaves

A Kuwaiti female activist … insists that “it’s of course true” that “the prophet of Islam legitimized sex-slavery.” She recounts how when she was in Mecca, Islam’s holiest city, she asked various sheikhs and muftis (learned, authoritative Muslims) about the legality of sex-slavery according to Sharia: they all confirmed it to be perfectly legal; Kuwaiti ulema further pointed out that extra “virile” men—Western synonymous include “sex-crazed,” “lecherous,” “perverted”—would do well to purchase sex-slaves to sate their appetites without sinning.

Would we do well embracing such thinking to appease Muslims?

She went on to note: “A Muslim state must [first] attack a Christian state—sorry, I mean any non-Muslim state—and they [the women, the future sex-slaves] must be captives of the raid. Is this forbidden? Not at all; according to Islam, sex slaves are not at all forbidden. Quite the contrary, the rules regulating sex-slaves differ from those for free women [i.e., Muslim women]: the latter’s body must be covered entirely, except for her face and hands, whereas the sex-slave is kept naked from the bellybutton on up—she is different from the free woman; the free woman has to be married properly to her husband, but the sex-slave—he just buys her and that’s that.”

Kill Homosexuals

We would not, as Americans, endorse such a practice, would we, but for a Muslim inAmerica…. Well read the following. (from Act forAmerica–

“Only in America! Any other group openly espousing the death of homosexuals would be summarily run out on a rail at Vanderbilt University! And yet Binhazim is still there spreading his hatred while Vanderbilt and the Tennessean faithfully stand by his side. This is clearly not acceptable.

Binhazim’s (Awadh Binhazim, Vanderbilt University’s Adjunct Muslim Chaplain) actual dialog with a questioner at Vanderbilt University as captured in (a) documentary video [see the video yourself – (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y4TLQbVs5LQ).  It is worth watching!]:

Question: “Under Islamic Law, is it punishable by death if you’re a homosexual?”

Binhazim: “Yes. It is punishable by death.”

Question: “As a practicing Muslim, do you accept or reject this particular teaching of Islam?”

Binhazim: “Well, the question of accepting and rejecting teachings of Islam really I don’t have a choice as a Muslim to accept or reject teachings. I go with what Islam teaches.” “

Deception

Allah is the best of Deceivers.  If you are an adherent to Islam then know Allah tells you what to do.  You then must do as called without question, without doubt, in total submission to Allah.

Scott Thomas, President and Director of Act 29 Network, wrote in a recent publication of Tabletalk (July 2011, from Ligonier Ministries, pg. 11-12), “Deception: All war is based on deception.  A believer lacking real friendships in the local church is susceptible to the tricks of Satan.  Satan is the father of lies (John 8:44).  We are easily deceived into believing the proverbial Trojan horse is harmless, so we open the door to attacking forces.”

Are we allowing ourselves to be deceived by a cadre of ideology irrational sycophants under the banner of Muhammad and Allah and the Quran?  They are the Best of Deceivers.  It is the example they are to follow dutifully, blindly, as hypnotized by an evil dictator in need of an army.  We must awaken the dead souls of the Islamists to the reality of the world and their inherent, yet forcibly contained, ability to think for themselves.  An act of Jihad, especially an act that would be labeled a terrorist act, is not that of a human with a sense of right and wrong, but that of an automaton operating under the influence of a puppeteer using the term ‘Alahu Akbar’ as an emphasis on the source of their hatred.

Pray for the Souls of Those who would otherwise be Rational

All non-Muslims must be careful, resist the temptation to embrace the evil inherent in an ideology that has grown in numbers.   Thinking that to coddle the methods of the Islamist will potentially awaken their hardened hearts, souls and minds to consider a different avenue is wrong thinking. We only show our own weakness demonstrated by a willingness to love our enemies.  We may love the enemy, but we need not sleep in the same foxhole.   We are simply reinforcing a tenuous path towards destruction.  Gather with fellow believers, help them, embrace them, encourage them, and love them as the brothers and sisters they are.  We, the Christian Church, are a family and we must love our fellow members as kin, kindred spirits in the saving grace of Christ.  We can open our doors to all and welcome them, but not compromise our beliefs to demonstrate kindness.  We would be wrong and denying our faith, our path, our freedoms and our love for the Lord.

Let the Love of God, the Saving Grace of our Lord Jesus Christ and the Fellowship of the Holy Spirit guide you in your thoughts, words and deeds towards others.

Grace and Peace
