Since World War II, the free world has witnessed an aggressive construction campaign of mosques and madrassas—thousands erected across Western nations. During the same period, virtually no churches or synagogues have risen in Muslim-majority countries. If this seems like mere religious expansion, reconsider. As I have repeatedly argued, Islam is not a genuine faith but a fabricated religion, equipped with all the trappings that define one—scripture, a leader, prayer, pilgrimage, and a supernatural aura—yet it functions as a political ideology of conquest, domination, and control, demanding submission rather than voluntary devotion born of love.
Allah is portrayed less as a god and more as a monster. Muhammad, historically documented as a pedophile, founded a system whose very name, Islam, means “submission” in Arabic. Believers must submit not only to their deity but to any figure of authority—teachers, imams, preachers, ayatollahs. Faith is not optional; apostasy laws mandate death for those who leave. Even contemplating alternatives—another faith or atheism—invites punishment. Access to dissenting texts, such as Bibles, is prohibited. Stores are barred from carrying materials on other religions or anything beyond Islam-approved narratives, often riddled with distortions of truth, fact, and history.
These building programs serve a deliberate purpose, rooted in Islam’s earliest days and starkly evident during the Crusades. Mosques and madrassas, under the guise of religious education, exist to radicalize adherents, transforming students into warriors for Islam—some into terrorists. History bears this out, beginning with the Seljuk leader Nur al-Din in 1144, who recognized Muhammad’s mandate to educate and train fighters to honor their commander.
Muhammad emerged in an era when surrounding peoples—Jews, Christians, and pagans—gazed heavenward in awe of the unknown, revering forces beyond human grasp. From ancient Greeks to tribal societies predating Christ, humanity conjured gods to explain lightning, earthquakes, thunder, floods, fire, and rain—phenomena both uncontrollable and terrifying. Muhammad, exposed to Judaism and Christianity through a relative of his first wife, Khadija, absorbed Old Testament stories. He adopted monotheism but rejected Christianity’s Trinity, misunderstanding it as comprising God, Jesus, and Mary rather than Father, Son, and Holy Spirit—a confusion plausible given his illiteracy and inability to study texts directly.
His family, the Quraysh, honored multiple tribal gods, hosting an annual bazaar in Mecca where traders gathered in truce to sell crafts while worshiping at the Kaaba, a structure on family land housing idols. Muhammad rebelled against polytheism, insisting on one god—Allah, possibly the moon god his clan favored (though disputed). Obstinate and uncompromising, he demanded universal allegiance to Allah, decrying Christianity as polytheistic. His disruptions forced his exodus from Mecca to Medina, where initial welcome soured as his vengeful nature emerged.
In Medina, Muhammad built an army through caravan raids, amassing wealth and power to reconquer Mecca. His methods—retribution, aggression, and hatred—alienated former allies, including local Jews. He gathered followers daily, drilling them in his creed of revenge against polytheists, dissenting Jews, Christians, and even the wives of slain enemies. His tribe became the Muhammadians, steeped in a mantra of hatred and submission.
Nur al-Din later weaponized this model. By establishing schools and mosques to instill Muhammad’s vengeance, he forged a disciplined force for the Second Crusade. Saladin, a Sunni Kurd educated in this system, seized Egypt’s Fatimid caliphate (1160–1171) and captured Jerusalem in 1187. Sharia was imposed, churches looted and burned, crosses torn down. Madrassas and mosques, disguised as centers of learning, proved devastatingly effective as military training camps. The tactic endures.
The Taliban arose from Saudi-funded mosques along the Afghanistan-Pakistan border during the 1980s Soviet occupation—facilities that doubled as Al-Qaeda training grounds. Students, indoctrinated in madrassas and preached to in mosques, coalesced into a formidable fighting force united not by a god of love but a god of war. “Allahu Akbar” became their battle cry, invoking a monstrous deity bent on global domination.
Today, wherever mosques and madrassas rise—in the United Kingdom, America, Europe, and beyond—beware: these are Islamist training grounds. They teach hatred of host nations, a lust for war, and guilt-free killing.
Permits for such structures empower the Muslim Brotherhood, Wahhabis, and militant Islamists to expand their armies. They never assimilate; instead, they forge parallel societies to amplify Islamic culture, erode existing norms, and achieve dominance.
There are 2800 to 3000 mosques in the United States. Over the last 10 years their construction has been at an increased pace. There are between 235 and 300 Islamic Schools (Madrassas) that focus wholly on Islam, the Quran, its dictates and compliance. Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey and Qatar have and continue to fund Imams, Mosques, madrassas, (so-called) cultural centers, and charities abroad to influence and hold sway, in their own way, over Muslims living in foreign areas. The aim is to export fundamentalist Islam in one fashion or another, their wealth buying influence and support.
Recently Ilhan Omar, congresswoman from Minnesota, speaking in Arabic at a rally for the mayor of Minnesota (Omar Fateh), made it known, “We only live in this country as Somali’s” and “Anyone who sees us on the streets knows immediately we are Somali’s” During the Obama term many Somali’s emigrated to this one area. They have grown in numbers. It is a Somali “community.” From Twitter @AmyMek posted, “This is imported tribal politics, foreign allegiance, and ideological colonization wrapped in the language of “community.” Hamtramck, MI is America’s first majority Muslim city, completely surrounded by Detroit. The major of Dearborn, MI, a Muslim, the home of highest concentration of Arab Americans in the U.S., recently called on a Christian resident to leave vowing to hold a parade for the departure of Christians. The adhan sounds five times daily, although not permitted. And on Halloween, 2025, the FBI charged two residents, linked to ISIS, in an alleged terror plot planned on the scale of an attack in Paris that killed at least 130 people. We must be mindful of the cohesiveness of Islamic communities and their requirement of jihad, warfare against non-Muslims, taught and maintained by mosques and imam’s to insure 100% devotion toward dar al harm to achieve dar al Islam (house of war to achieve a world of only Islam).
Some countries have resisted Muslim immigration, such as Poland and Hungary. And Italy’s Prime Minister, Giorgia Meloni, has proposed multiple bans on Islamic dress and practices, to include any mosque to be built using foreign funding sources. In China Mosques are being closed, torn down, and repurposed as part of a systematic effort to curb the practice of Islam. Switzerland and Slovakia also have restrictions on the building of mosques. There are countries that do not allow minarets on the structures or the blaring of the adhan (call to prayer).
In Summary.
I contend Mosques and Madrassas exist and are built to teach hatred and radicalize Muslims. Through charity they control Muslims with requirements to adhere strictly to Sharia (instead of local laws when possible), stay within ideological boundaries, and honor Islam fully, even jihad, to receive and continue to receive. They are militant training facilities intended to destabilize, undermine, and alter our society. They are havens for Muslims who do not assimilate, instead live in separate locations within their host countries. Build them no more. Destroy any that even suggest sedition.
Halt all further construction. Demolish any site where military training or hatred is detected. Ban radical Islam before it is too late.
