UI – Part 237 – Hatred – Absent Love

“Everyone who loves is born of God and experiences a relationship with God. The person who refuses to love does not know the first thing about God, because God is Love – so you can’t know him if you don’t love.” (1 John 4:7-8 – The Message Bible)

This is love – “He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him…as an atoning sacrifice for our sins.” (1 John 4:9-10)

“For God so loved the world he gave his one and only Son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” (John 3:16)

There is so much hatred and calls to condemn the non-Muslim, the non-Islamic-believer, in the Quran it is difficult to see Allah as a loving God.  Allah is not a loving god as the Quran states clearly.  Allah only loves you if you love Allah.  That is not God.

Let all that you do be done in love. (1 Corinthians 16:14 ESV)
