UI- Part 228 – How can a Deceiver be a God?

The Great Deceiver

Hearing a song, The Great Deceiver, the words rang out, “You are the great deceiver, And I’m a believer (The hopeless one), The one and only, You are a great deceiver, A bottle of evil (The Hopeless one), The one and only” prompted this thought.  How can one who claims to be the Best Deceiver be a Believer? Or the god to a multitude of believers/followers? How can such a being be at the head of a godly nation?  If you are the follower of the Best Deceiver what is your endgame, the end time outcome?  What can deception possibly lead to?

Quran – Deceiver

“And when those who disbelieved devised plans against thee that they might confine thee or slay thee or drive thee away – and they devised plans and Allah, too, had arranged a plan; and Allah is the Best of deceivers.” (Sura 8:30)   This verse speaks of men attempting to defend themselves, devising plans, against a foe they consider evil.  At the same time the followers of the ‘evil foe’ are reminded the head of their brotherhood is the best at deception and can overcome.  Fighting is suggested, “And those who disbelieve will be gathered together in hell.” (Sura 8:36) Encouragement is thus provided that the doubters, those that resist Islam, are hell bound and the members of this ideological tribe are permitted to carry out judgment in the name of Allah. “And fight them until there is no more persecution, and all religions are for Allah.” (Sura 8:39) Allah then is the Patron (of the Muslim) (Sura 8:40) and the Best Deceiver (Sura 8:30).

Bible – Truth

Would the God of truth and light, the one who guides his people to a life eternal, who forgives and is merciful, deceive?  What trust is there in a person, or god, who deceives?  How could a follower ever trust the words of their leader knowing what they are capable of doing?

The Bible is Truth and makes note that God would never deceive.  “I the Lord do not change.” (Malachi 3:6).  “…we have renounced secret and shameful ways; we do not use deception, nor do we distort the word of God.” (2 Corinthians 4:2)

More on Deception – Quran

The Quran repeats, “Surely the hypocrites strive to deceive Allah.  He shall retaliate by deceiving them.” (Sura 4:142)

If Allah chooses to deceive you, Muslim or otherwise, there is nothing you can do.  According to the Scripture of Islam it is the choice of Allah, and the Messenger Muhammad, that determines those who follow. In the absence of Allah or Muhammad, the choice is the autocrats, the scholars and the educators of Islam.  It is their interpretation that chooses. You may be a Muslim and are not chosen.  If you feel oppressed that may be the case. As “whomever Allah wants to deceive cannot be helped.  Allah does not want them to know the truth because he intends to disgrace them and then torture them.” (Sura 5:41)  Within Islam, the community of Muslims, the ummah, there are the chosen and the Others.  The ‘others’ may call themselves Muslims, and be counted as a Muslim, but that is all part of the ‘deception.’

No Error – Bible

The Truth of the Bible contains no error in the direction you are to follow.  God will always love you, even if you are not (now) a believer in Christ.  God patiently waits the day you understand, your heart changes and you embrace the miracle of the Resurrection of Christ.  The Resurrection confirms the Mercy and Grace the Lord has for mankind, that Salvation is assured those who are so aware, the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of the Lord awakened in their hearts as their guarantee. “Return to me, and I will return to you.” (Malachi 3:7).  Unique is the Oneness of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.  The description, often called the Trinity, states the primary attributes of God, as the patriarch, the incarnate who came to live with humans and make known a relationship with Him is possible, and the Holy Spirit that fills the believer, God’s presence within, holding onto the heart of those who are saved.

Remember – Deception Leads to Chaos

Remember this, in conclusion, “For God who said, ‘Let light shine out of darkness’ made his light shine in our hearts to give us light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Christ.” (2 Corinthians 4:6).

Deception leads to confusion and chaos.  Tell me that does not exist in the Middle East or areas dominated by Muslims.  That is because they are deceived, as Muhammad intended and claims Allah (as god) allows.  In so doing the autocrats, the imperialists of Islam use the Quran, Allah and Muhammad as an inspirational, religious, authority, their scholarly ideological council as godly men at their sides, to continue the deception and thus control of the masses under the black banner of Deception.

In the darkness the cock-roaches enjoy the spoils on the table tops and floors, only to scatter, to hide, when the light is turned on.  They hide in the crevices where even dampness is retained only to reappear when larger areas are in darkness and their deception is permitted.  Truth is to deception as light is to cock-roaches.

Last question.  Is a Deceiver, the one who is best at deception, more likley to be the Supreme Being or his most ardent adversary?
