Survey says: Move the Mosque.
We know a majority of Americans want the Mosque proposed to be located very close to ground zero moved. The Imam’s position is questionable. He has stated if he thought there would be so much controversy it would not have been planned for that location in the first place. And now he cannot resist calling those opposed “Islamaphobes or bigots.” Give me some credit. What about being sensitive to the issue that this mosque is a slap in the face to all Americans that cry out in sympathy for those killed in the toppling of the WTC buildings by Muslim extremists. It was done in the name of Allah.
What about the Arab World. Here is a recent news flash.

A survey by Elaph, the most respected electronic daily in the Arab world, gave a decided edge to those who objected to the building of this mosque-58% saw it as a project of folly.

As stated in my prior Blog, the Imam Feisal Abdul Rauf and his WTC “folly” (Elaph’s words, not mine) is misdirected. His life’s work to build bridges has found the wrong location, demonstrating his insensitivity to America’s respect and concern towards its fallen comrades and their families. He is being most destructive to the acceptance of moderate Muslims in America by Americans, causing them to be labeled as radical as he now appears. God Bless America. We ask the Lord that ‘tolerance’ becomes a buz-word and that ‘phobia’s used as a label to discredit the opinions of others be used appropriately, not as an attack weapon without justification.
Move the mosque. Focus on radical Islam in America. Find the means to resist this encroachment. Have the true voice of the moderates be heard and let not the radicals, using fear, intimidation, and threats destroy the freedoms of others. Beware of Sharia Law. Ask your Representatives to become conversant in the ways of the radicals and find methods to stop their destructive behavior in our Republic.
