Western World Values Freedom – Islam Does Not

We know Islam has a problem with the civilized world. It may not be as much a problem, but an ideology stuck in the seventh century with leadership, many well educated and some not, focused on control of those they oversee by restricting education of the masses and the imposition of Sharia law as a containment vehicle. Control initially is gained through force.  The norm is limiting what adherents are taught to their scripture, the Quran, muddled teachings, or sayings of Muhammad (Hadiths), and reminding them that hatred of the infidel, the non-Muslim (to include the moderate Muslim), is right, even righteous.  Individual freedom is frowned upon, and for women non-existent.

Muslims are basically taught throwing rocks is preferred to discourse. It was Sigmund Freud who said, “civilization began the first time an angry person cast a word instead of a rock.“ Islam is not, after 1400 years, even close.  Islam teaches its followers to remain vigilant in maintaining the lifestyles of the 7th century. Civilization evolves over time, it is normal, but for the Islamist that is not the norm they seek. They may enjoy the trappings of the modern world, but mentally remain in isolation in an age whose governance and legal structure existed 14 centuries years ago. Islam is a barbaric 7th century entrenched male dominated system of governance that not only will not assimilate in non-Muslim areas, it will not objectively join the advanced societies of the world, or modernity. 

Modernity

When it comes to modern times, in the political arena, we have the liberal and the conservative, Democrat and Republican, left and right. Considered civilized, the question today is whether that is actually true for the “left.”  

There appears a resentment by liberals towards stability in a society. We’ve experienced this in their approach towards immigration, welcoming illegals in droves, standing in the way of deportations (even the most criminal among them), interfering with the ability of ICE to do their job, fraud and corruption in Washington DC, the rise of antisemitism, attempting to appease the criminal more than protect the victim, and their apparent welcoming of Islam. Add to that an insistence on employment practices that favor DEI and work environments that abide by ESG.  They support men identifying as women in women’s sports. They protest against Israel’s defense of itself against Hamas.  They campaign in fact for Palestine’s independence and right to attack its neighbor.  They protect, even favor, barbaric Islamists on college campuses. They shop for liberal judges to thwart actions by President Trump, whose efforts are focused on improving conditions for all Americans. They love sanctuary cities and defend criminally convicted gang members from deportation, even incarceration.  They oppose  actions advocated by Democrats in the past only because they are supported  today by what I would consider practical minds and the majority of Americans. [President Clinton backed legislation to reduce the criminality occurring in our cities – The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act of 1994 (1994Crime Bill)].

Principles do not matter to the left. Their politics embrace resentment, victimhood, and blind hatred. It is evident from the desk of a majority of mainstream media personalities, exemplified by MSNBC, CNN, the women of View, and all who seem to carry the torch of the incensed liberal. The cabal of TV personalities do not report news that would place the liberal left in an unfavorable light. Ignoring the Biden-Hur tape and the obvious mental problems exhibited by the Democrat President may be the left’s most egregious example of a cover-up.  Is it Western civilization the left hates, as do the Islamists?

Family Ideals Thwarted

Christians, Jews, and Hindus represent stability, tradition, family, faith, and nationhood – everything the radical Left despises.  These religions focus on spiritual and moral guidance, while the left is oriented to doing what feels good as long as it is not harmful to others.  They are more atheistic.  

In today’s society who represents the ideals of family, faith, patriotism, tradition, and nationhood? Who respects their leaders and the laws? What is normal in our culture? The liberal focus appears to be a distortion to reality. It is more than just empathy towards what I would consider unusual minorities. Those often referred to as oppressed minorities. What was once considered aberrant behavior practiced in the LGBTQ community, having men, trans, competing against women in sports, advocating for transformative medical surgeries for children without parents approval, and claiming that the public school system has authority over children which can promote a curriculum not condoned by parents, is harming the fabric of our nation. It is an attack on parents rights. Open borders, unrestricted privileges for all persons to vote irrespective of citizenship, and  sharing the wealth of our country with illegals, whether they’ve earned it or paid into it or not, is wrong. What makes the liberal feel the illegal is so deserving, most of the time in excess of the benefits received by veterans and our elderly. The left truly believes the government, when in the hands of Democrats, is the engine for everyone’s lives. Not a parent or guardian. 

Why is success, or achievement, a problem for the left? What’s wrong with believing in God or Christ?  A concern for the feelings of children who cannot learn at grade levels, graduating them anyway, reflects not on the student but more on the teacher and the education system. They oppose discipline, which when absent can lead to a lack of direction and respect. It leaves many children confused and ill equipped to provide for themselves in later life. This can lead to a dependent society. Many of the liberal leadership live very comfortable lives, they are leaders, their rhetoric supports the poor and the sidelined minority, while living in a bubble of their own. Yet what happens in practice, historically, has not helped these less privileged persons. Underachievers are seen as sensitive to criticism for their lack of skills or abilities or even trying, and the left then guards them against those that might actually encourage them to do better, or fail them for not learning. A hug is a good reward for achievement, like a star, but not necessary if it rewards bad behavior or indolence. But liberals want stars just for attendance. Incentives are necessary.  Everyone can try harder, do better. Those that study, that practice, that exceed expectations, that strive seem to have more luck. Why do you think that is?

In golf the expression is more luck seems to come to those that practice more and harder.  

Why does the Left impose their lifestyle on the rest of us and try to force us to like it?  Many of the lifestyles they support are offensive to the majority, but the biggest concern is when done so publicly. If in private, that’s another matter.  Then there is the evolution. Degenerate lifestyles sow degenerate seeds bearing degenerate fruit, often seen by the dress, grooming and lifestyles of offspring of the most woke. 

Coddled Since Birth

It is estimated there are over 20 million persons in the United States that are able to work but don’t work. Consider what might be the reason. Could it be persons brought up in a culture where trophies were provided just for showing up. Graduating from high school without the ability to read or write or even do math, even at a high school level. The lack of discipline for bad behavior. Receiving a college or university degree for jobs that don’t pay adequately enough to pay back a student loan. Student loans without required obligations, like studying and making grades. Do with the money whatever, eat, drink, be merry. And paying it back later, “well, we’ll see.” Lowered expectations for outcomes. Government safety nets without incentives to end them. Coddled children. A lack of availability of vocational training in public schools.  The left sees the government as the guardian of us all. The provider. Sounds like socialism, doesn’t it?

Liberal View Of Islam

Muslims, who cry out against “Islamophobia“ whenever their evil, uncivilized, barbaric practices are exposed, are seen by the left as an “oppressed minority.“ The reason for the phobia, the concerns, are ignored, like they never happened. The thinking is the wrongdoers will change their ways, their habits. The left believes even the chronic Islamic fundamentalist can be reprogrammed to live peacefully with their neighbor. 

They are blind. The left does not attempt to educate themselves on the perils of Islam and it’s threat to the free world. They cater to protect the Islamists as “victims,” while the criminal terrorist actions most common worldwide are committed by well founded practicing Muslims. We know Islam hates the west, but do liberals hate western values as well? In so doing they become allies of the Islamist, no different, or enablers.

Western liberal politicians cling to the myth that “Islam is a religion of peace”.

Laura Loomer noted, “Pro-Hamas, anti-Trump protesters gathered near the Washington Monument yesterday (5/18/2025), (were seen) waving a flag that merged the BLM logo with the Palestinian flag. The radical left has gone full Jihad.” This is the kind of actions being observed frequently.

The Plan

Is it the plan of the left to destroy western civilization first, and then deal with the Islamists? The left are Islamophobic. They will deny it, saying they love everyone, their tent is open to all, like borders.  But they will not show their true nature until they have become the globalists whose climate control, green energy, gay, and trans revolution is well established.  Under their skin liberals are racist, Islamophobic, anti-Semitic, self-absorbed, jealous and bitter. They are the definition of hypocrites.  All to the demise of modern culture.

Left thinking is, “not in my back yard” hypocrisy. Remember when 50 illegals were sent to Martha’s Vineyard. There we saw exactly how the Left elitists treated illegals when they were placed in their neighborhoods. They called the national guard and had them immediately shipped the heII out.  

It may not be possible to reach common ground with Islam. One would hope and pray that it might be possible with the liberal left. Islam is a political ideology, not a religion, more like communism, whose god is man, who’s laws are man-made, and who’s definition of society is a male dominated, hate-fueled, absolute control system requiring submission. To the extent the left gives into Islam, they are appeasing a tiger that only wants to eat them too.

Liberals need to wake up and defend the civilized world instead of tearing it down for the sake of their own self-loathing and guilt. They are looking for friends in all the wrong places, The left appears to be an unhappy lot. What they are doing in society today will not result in a better place for anyone, not even them.  They are in a coma and thus far it appears they are not going to awaken very soon.
