Taliban Update

Excellent review from West Point. Note: under Taliban rule control is the priority. They lead a non-producing country, relying on tariffs, taxes, fees and foreign aide. When their military equipment needs repair or replacement they will discover their strength remains in only their guns and swords. Another totalitarian regime, socialist, that will never reach a superior status.
